Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. The firm keeps detailed records of the time spent on each case. We provide monthly invoices documenting all the work performed during that period. We only work for as long it’s appropriate to advance the client’s cause. Depending on the type of matter, the firm may require a retainer before work commences. We use a clear written engagement agreement for every matter so every client understands the details of the attorney-client relationship.
